Delete your Household List data
Household List by [legal name of TwinStack]
Household List has no sign-up, so there’s no email or password to delete. Your “account” is a random ID created on your phone, plus the name and color you chose for your household.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Household List.
- Go to the Household tab.
- Under Your data, tap Delete my data and confirm.
This needs an internet connection and takes effect straight away.
What gets deleted
- Your display name and color, and your membership of the household.
- Your account ID.
- Your purchase record, both ours and the one held by our purchases provider (RevenueCat).
- The copy of the household’s data stored on your phone.
- If you were the last member: the whole household, including the grocery list and its shopping history, chores, chore history and invite code.
What stays, and for how long
- If others are still in the household, the list items and chore history you added stay for them, but without your name.
- A household you unlocked stays unlocked for the others.
- Server logs, which may include your account ID and IP address, are deleted within 30 days.
- Apple or Google keep their own records of any purchase, under their own policies.
If you no longer have the app
Uninstalling Household List does not delete your data. You can:
- Ask the household’s creator to remove you on their Household tab. This deletes your name and membership.
- Email us at support@twinstackapps.com with the subject “Delete my data”, and include your household’s name, the display name you used and, if you have it, the invite code. Because there’s no account to sign in to, we may check with another member of the household before deleting. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
